Public Scholarship

I love engaging in public scholarship. Creating scholarship that the general public can engage with is a goal of mine whenever I write. That is a big part of why I have worked to present at the Popular Arts Conference at DragonCon every year, as I have listed on my CV. Sometimes that scholarship is recorded and available on YouTube. Below is some of my public scholarship that is available online.

“Theater & Nerddom: Is Theater part of Pop Culture?” is a panel discussion I was a part of as part of the programming the fan group “Theater and Performing Arts Lovers” works to create outside of DragonCon.

I also have my own YouTube channel, linked above. On my channel, I have full-length videos of the lectures I created for my Cultural and Ethnic Diversity course at Marion Technical College.
